Ellie Wood, “Gran Walter’s Niece”. Woman age 30.40. Hair Pulled back loosely over head to back. Bangs curled around forehead. White dress/blouse no buttons on front. Embroidered across fronts. Small folds sewn to make several lines from shoulder about 1/3 down bodice. High collar with lace edge. Upper torso only. Probably a cabinet card but the frame is no longer with the photo.
