Mrs. A.J. Whiting (Mehitable or Hittie). Woman age 50.60. Wears hair pulled to back of head. Bangs tightly curled over forehead. Oval spectacles. Wears small earrings and beaded brooch at neck. Bodice dark satin or other shiny fabric. High lace neck and high puffed shoulders of same fabric as neck. V.shaped ruffle on bodice over ticked fabric. Marked Partridge Boston, Brookline. On back Shows decorative sign and sign post with birds sitting on and flying around it. Sign reads Partridge studios 2832 Washington St. Boston H’l’ds 27 Harvard St. Brookline 18 Blue Hill Ave., Roxbury, No 364 Cambridge St., Allston, MASS. U.S.A. Below sign shows building and inside of studio. Also noted, “No stairs to climb.”
