Supplement to be added to the original agreement entered into between
the Trustees of the First German Methodist Church, owners of the
Linden Hill Methodist Cemetery, Queens County, Long Island, New York and
Mr. Elmer C. Hadlock (formerly of 111-56 Inwood Street, Jamaica, L.I., N.Y.)
and now of 2757 43rd Avenue, San Francisco 16, California, on the 27th day
of June, 1946

On this date May 21st, 1962 we wish to acknowledge receipt of
Seventy Dollars
$70.00
as a supplemental sum to be added to the original amount paid to maintain
the above grave, subject to the ru' S and regulations of the cemetery.
It is understood, th at no time the Trustees of the First German
Methodist Church be required to spend more than the income derived from
these sums, allocated for care of this grave.
This has been necessitated by the drastic increase in price of labor and
supplies since the original agreement.
